J. Rocwell & Sugar Tongue Slim - Mandrake [from the DOOMED mixtape]
The track uses the Doobie Brothers’ ‘What A Fool Believes’ as the beat. It’s from one of Doom’s Special Herbs mixes. Pretty much the smoothest thing I’ve ever heard. These MCs are pretty good too, despite the very Kanye-sounding flow.
Some killer MF Doom beats mixed with newish songs. The ‘Got Money’ mash up is amazing. Almost makes the song listenable.
